Manufactured from tin-plated phosphor bronze and tin-plated brass with bonded polyester insulation, color coding of the insulation is provided to denote wire size and weather-resistant type.

Any solid core wire 0.32 – 0.90 mm with pulp, paper or plastic insulation can be spliced.

Precision applicator tooling automatically trims wires to lengths during the crimping cycle, while within each connector, two sets of double lances displace the wire insulation, providing two reliable electrical contact points fr each wire. the sides of the connector are crimped over the wires proving a mechanically strong connection.

Contacts sahll be crimped in accordance with specifications supplied with tooling, only one wire will be used per connector end.
